We aim to present every shade as accurately as possible. However, colour can appear slightly different depending on screen settings, lighting conditions, the number of coats applied and the base colour underneath.

Product photographs and colour swatches should therefore be treated as a close visual guide.

Orders are normally processed and dispatched within one working day wherever possible.

Standard UK delivery is generally estimated at 2–3 working days after dispatch. Express delivery timeframes and all available services are shown at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, weather or other circumstances outside our control.

Delivery charges depend on the service selected. The available options and exact cost are displayed at checkout before payment.

Standard UK delivery is currently £3.95, while Royal Mail Tracked 24 is currently £5.95. Free standard UK delivery is available on qualifying orders over £60.

Where tracking is included with the selected delivery service, your tracking information will be included in the dispatch confirmation. Please allow a short period for the courier's tracking system to update.

We will try to help, but changes and cancellations can only be made before the order has been processed or dispatched. Once dispatch preparation has begun, we may be unable to amend it.

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery where the product is unused, unopened and in its original condition.

Any seal, protective wrap or tamper-evident packaging must remain fully intact. The return must be approved by our customer care team before it is sent back.

Please do not return an item without contacting us first.

No. For hygiene, safety and quality-control reasons, gel polishes, builder gels, base coats, top coats and other cosmetic products cannot be returned once they have been opened, unsealed, used, swatched or tested.

This does not affect your rights where an item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.
