These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Maria Z Professional website and your purchase of products from us. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

About us

Maria Z Professional ("we", "us", "our") is a UK supplier of professional nail products, including Sauté Nails and OXI System gel polish, builder gel, and HEMA-free gel polish ranges, for nail technicians, salons, and beauty professionals.

Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to purchase products from our website.

Who can order

Our products are professional-grade nail supplies. Beginners, beauty students, and professionals developing their skills are welcome to shop with us, but all products should be used only as directed on the individual product listing.

Products, pricing, and availability

• All prices are listed in GBP.
• We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate, but errors can occur. If we find a pricing error after you've ordered, we'll contact you before processing.
• Product colours may appear slightly different depending on screen settings, lighting, and application — product photography should be treated as a close visual guide rather than an exact match.
• All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we'll contact you promptly to offer a refund or a suitable alternative.

Orders and payment

• An order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email.
• Accepted payment methods are shown securely at checkout.
• Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1 working day. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays are processed the next working day.
• If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible — we can only amend orders that haven't yet been processed or dispatched.

Right to refuse orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity, pricing errors, unauthorised resale, or misuse of promotional offers.

Delivery

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Product safety and professional use

Professional nail products should be used according to the manufacturer's instructions. Customers are responsible for following the manufacturer's instructions and carrying out any recommended allergy or patch testing where applicable. Maria Z Professional cannot be held responsible for reactions, damage, or other consequences resulting from misuse, improper application, or failure to follow product guidance.

All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and product descriptions — belongs to Maria Z Professional or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our products or website, except where liability cannot be excluded by law (for example, death or personal injury caused by negligence).
