A new era for rubber bases. OXI MOOD BASE is a next-generation line of pigmented, camouflaging rubber bases that also function as structural systems: bold, natural shades with character that beautifully mask see-through tips and deliver a professional clean look. MOOD bases hold strong while offering a very soft, easily mouldable consistency — flexible yet strong. Before applying MOOD, a clear rubber base layer — Strong Filler or Ideal Calm — must be applied to the prepped nail.
How to use: Prep the nail plate — shape, disinfect, and dehydrate with OXI Nail Fresner. Required: apply a thin, clear rubber base layer (Strong Filler or Ideal Calm) first. Apply Mood Flirt in one or two thin coats, avoiding skin contact near the cuticles. Cure under LED/CCFL for 60 seconds or UV for 90 seconds. Finish with your chosen top coat or design.
Shelf life: Use within 12 months of opening.
Apply a thin layer to prepped nail, cure 60 seconds LED / 2 minutes UV.
